Esta visi\u00f3n es parte de los programas de consultor\u00eda que ofrece la organizaci\u00f3n, cuyo foco es comprender la inclusi\u00f3n a partir de la experiencia.<\/div>\n

Un ejemplo de esto es Chile, donde seg\u00fan el \u00faltimo Estudio Nacional de Discapacidad (2015), un 20% de las personas mayores de 18 a\u00f1os padec\u00eda alguna discapacidad. De ese total, s\u00f3lo un 39.3% ten\u00eda un empleo, algo que sin duda presenta un desaf\u00edo, tanto para el Estado como para los empresarios.<\/div>\n

Si bien en dicho pa\u00eds ya hay avances en esta materia con la nueva la Ley de Inclusi\u00f3n Laboral para Personas con Discapacidad \u2013que entr\u00f3 en vigencia en diciembre del a\u00f1o pasado y que exige la reserva del 1% de empleos para personas en situaci\u00f3n de discapacidad, en empresas p\u00fablicas y privadas con 100 o m\u00e1s trabajadores- en la pr\u00e1ctica seguimos estando en deuda.<\/div>\n
